Health App ceases to function properly after iOS update.

The iOS health app will not communicate with Pokémon GO for Adventure Sync. I previously had Adventure Sync enabled and working but it stopped working once my phone was updated. There has been a previous thread about this which is now closed. None of the replies offered a solution that works. Anyone got any suggestions please?

Hi there ricky33012,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like your Health app and your Pokemon Go app are not syncing.

Check to make sure the Pokemon Go app is allowed to read data from your Health app. See how to do that in the “Find apps that are compatible with Health” section of: Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch.

We hope this helps!
