Need a UK apple ID but I already have a German one. How do i do it to have two?

You can't have two Apple IDs signed into the same place at the same time. If you are changing the App Store/iTunes between the two countries, you shouldn't lose any data on the device when you swap stores. You may not be able to update some apps, but they will stay on the device. Why do you need to have a UK ID? More information would help.

You are welcome. While you can only change the App Store/iTunes Store that you use every 90 days, you can change the region the App Store/iTunes is set to using only the Apple ID you have. Even if you created a new ID, you still can only change every 90 days, so having another ID won't help much.

You need a zero account balance and you need to cancel all your subscriptions. If you have cancelled all subscriptions, but some haven’t expired, contact iTunes Support. You need a valid credit card issued by a bank in the country the store is in and you need a billing address in that country. If you have an account balance, either buy something more expensive and pay the balance with a credit card or contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance your account.
