Re-installing Traktor software on my new MacBook

Hello Guys, I'm trying to re-install the software of my traktor ontrol Z1, Traktor Pro2. Yet neither trough native acces or to download it straight from NI, nothing seemed to work. I get very close (native acces recognizes the serial number yet nothing seems to work. I get a 'failure' notice or (in native acces) the serial number is recognized, yet nothing appears in "not installed". refreshing there doesn't change anything on this... As I wrote this in de helpdesk of Native instruments, they automatcly put me trough tp this apple helpdesk site...

Can any one help me?
