Do I need to add my Apple Watch to my iPhone plan?
Do I need to add my Apple Watch to my phone plan or can I just leave it the way it is in order to use it

If it's the cellular apple watch then you can activate the cellular plan at a later date,in the meantime you can use the watch as if it was a GPS only watch.
