i need to activate a non ATT device to use with another provider
I have an old iphone that has been paid off and i want to use it with another provider. i talked to ATT guys and they said that its non ATT situation and i should get help by you guys.

AT&T information is incorrect. If your iPhone was locked to AT&T then AT&T is the only carrier that can unlock it. As them whether the iPhone is unlocked by them. If YES then input some other carrier's SIM card and see whether that works.
