Frazzm737 has given a possible route to sorting the problem. But I’d suggest you look here too: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204071

I had a similar problem some years ago and found that it was related to not signing out of all the Apple things that your account is signed into, so your system is looking backwards and forwards. Once you have signed out of everything and then back in again with your new credentials then I think your problems will go away.

I had a similar problem some years ago and found that it was related to not signing out of all the Apple things that your account is signed into, so your system is looking backwards and forwards. Once you have signed out of everything and then back in again with your new credentials then I think your problems will go away.
