My I phone SE i am using for more than 3 year and ladt 2 and half year my Call display "private caller" and I dont seeany caller id setting when i go to "setting" "phone".
Many time i tried for customer support, resetting phone and even spent multiple times hours at my carrier .
Can i get help?
We already contacted the carrier multiple times. The Carrier told us to contact Apple. When we contacted Apple, they told us to contact the Carrier.
There is no setting on your iPhone that would change the way Caller ID is sent to your phone. If you see Private caller, that means the caller is not sending Caller ID. That has nothing to do with you.
I mean that when I call someone, my number always shows up as either “private caller” or “restricted”. I am not sure why.
Check with your provider. If you do not see the ability to change Caller ID, then the carrier has it restricted.
