Line in Safari

Hi everyone,

While browsing in Safari sometimes a line appears in the middle of the screen of iPad. Then disappears and comes back again.

I experience this since today morning after installing ios 14,2.

Does anyone have an idea what it can be and how this problem could be fixed?

it is rather annoying and disturbing in reading the visited sites.
