Found a lost phone that belongs to me

I found my iPhone I lost 3 months ago. It says iPhone is lost or stolen. Can I still be able to unlock it?

Lost iphone Ok so recently one of my family members lost their iphone. We tried signing into the Find My Iphone but tried too many times and it is now locked. And to unlock it we need to have the phone in hand but the phone is lost. What are any other ways we could find the phone besides any apple websites because the apple id is locked?
