Can't enable most iCloud services on Trusted Device

When logged onto my Apple ID and iCloud on one of my trusted devices, I can't check off (select) and therefore use many of the services (Notes, calendar, etc.).

I've tried to sign out, sign back in, but for whatever reason, I can't check off most of the iCloud services.

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 10.15
