Hey I’ve got a question about if I buy a movie through Apple and for some reason it’s taken off of iTunes do I still have access and if so can I download it onto my Apple devices so I wouldn’t have to rely on having iTunes still having it in its library to still watch my purchase

Download it on the computer or use the Transfer Purchases function in iTunes, and then back up the iTunes library or whole PC.

You'd still have access to copies you downloaded, but won't be able to download it again. Back your purchases up.
