Create Icloud email account

- Create a new Apple ID at https://appleid.apple.com
- Go to System Preferences or Settings>iCloud and sign out if you are signed in.
- Sign in with your new Apple ID.
- Enable Mail and any other facilities you want in the list there.
- When you enable Mail you will be asked to create a new @icloud.com address.
However you already have an iCloud account and all you want is another @icloud.com address you can create an 'email alias' - this is an additional address (not account) which delivers into the inbox alongside your existing address.
