Hello , I have 200 GB of memory on my iCloud, 124 GB of them are occupied, but I can't upload videos to iCloud, the photo app writes that it doesn't have enough memory, why can this be ?

Are you using the Optimize Phone Storage feature on your device? Does the device have enough storage space?
