9 year old iPad

Hi my 9 year old iPad stopped in the middle of an internet search to ask for an authenticity confirmation of my email address and password.

I have tried the two email addresses that I had when I purchased the iPad with a combination of passwords but none of these seem to be working.

I need access a to at least get my information off the iPad before I buy a replacement, can anyone help, please?
