How do i check for latest version of Itunes for Windows?

I need to update my iphone software to 14.2.1 for rectifying a problem but my itunes isn't showing any update, was told by apple customer care that there is an update available for me which can happen from the latest itunes latest version. I am running Version 12.11.0.26 on my windows laptop, is there any latest version that i could update to? or how do i even check for the latest version when my help option on Itunes isn't giving any option to check for updates..??

You're running the current version of iTunes. One place to check the build of the current version is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_iTunes#iTunes_12.
