error -1008F

please help me fix this error i’ve been trying for so long

Yes, you will not be able to proceed to use Internet Recovery until you disable Activation Lock. I suggest that you try using a friend's or relative's computer to access your iCloud account to disable it. Alternatively, you can pay a visit to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to assist you with this ... or use the "Contact Support" link above as I mentioned previously.
