I suggest that you try using a friend's or relative's computer to access your iCloud account to disable it. You tried both the restart methods AND disabling Activation Lock? If so, then you will need to contact Apple Support directly for further assistance. You can do so by clicking on the "Contact Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.
unfortunately i can’t disable the activation lock, i cant access my original setup i’m stuck on a screen with an option for internet recovery and the wifi box. and when i try to use the internet recovery, the same message appears (the message of the picture i mentioned previously)
This is related to the T2 security chip on your Mac. If your Mac starts up to error -1008f - Apple Support
i tried these solutions nothing seemed to work, any other suggestions?
