Game Center keeps popping up

Since the last two iOS update my "welcome to Game Center" message keeps popping up every time I open a game app. If I switch the app and go back I get it again. It's incredibly annoying. If I go to settings>Game Center it says there's an internet problem and I can't ever get it to show up

Disabling Game Center popups in iOS 15 After updating to iOS 15, the annoying Game Center pop up comes up after every game session, even though I have turned off Game Center and Notifications via Settings. Very spammy; not becoming of Apple. How to get rid of it?
