ANY standalone Bluetooth keyboard will work with any iPad/iPhone.

Plenty of separate Bluetooth keyboards that work with any iPad/iPhone.

Separate keyboards are not tied to a specific iPad model.

There are plenty of separate protective cases that will work with any iPad MIni 1, 2 or 3

Find a separate keyboard and separate case design you like and purchase these

IF you are looking for an all in one “keyboard case” ( a case with a built-in Bluetooth keyboard ) finding something like that for the smaller iPad Mini 1,2 or 3 form factor is going to be more difficult.

Pick out one you like from my list and purchase.

I favor keyboard cases, with backlit keys, durable construction, sometimes lightweight ( thin ).

I like the ones that can, also, rotate the screen.
