I was wondering if there was a way to screen mirror from my iPad to my chrome book.

Hey there DaCatmaster,
In order to mirror your iPad display with AirPlay you'll need an Apple device or a AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV. You can however look into other third-party app solutions to connect your Chromebook.
