If you purchased an iPhone 6, which is what appears in your profile, it is way out of warranty and you cannot purchase any extension. There is only 60 days from the original purchase, which means when it was new. The iPhone 6 was released in 2014 and that is way past that. Also, the iPhone 6 will not run an iOS higher than iOS 12.4.9, which is quite old. We are currently on iOS 14.2. You will not be able to run a lot of apps on that device.
