I didn't set up find my app

I have had my iphone11 stolen didn't even get to setting up find my app is there another way to track my phone

Unfortunately there isn't much you can do to track it but here are some tips -- If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support, see section titled 'If Find My [device] isn't turned on on your missing device'.
