Configure Weekly Aerobic Goals

Aerobic training goals should be weekly, not daily. Daily activity should vary significantly: ten miles one day followed by three miles the following day. Weekly activity should be consistent or only marginally increased/decreased. The Fitness App should allow creating weekly goals. It should track your weekly activity progress. It should also capture historical weekly activity. While daily activity tracking is important, daily goals are not.
