Hi,
so I recently bought a new iPhone 12 and it works fantastic, but the volume buttons on the side don’t work. I checked the settings and the setting called ‘change with buttons’ was on. Is it already sort of broken or is there just an issue in my settings?

We understand that your volume buttons don't seem to be working on your iPhone 12. Are you referring to a specific sound such as music, notifications or your ringer? If you open the Control Center and try to adjust the volume there, does it change as expected?
