Marlboro app won’t let me scan reward codes

My Marlboro app won’t let me scan reward codes via camera after the last few updates, along with another app but I uninstalled that & reinstalled it so that worked But I removed my Marlboro app along time ago but it had kept it in the cloud so I was able to use it through a link sent through text so I could use my iPhone camera on the app to redeem reward points, Now I can’t do that and can’t find the app anywhere so I can’t uninstall then reinstall it. Looked for the app at the iPhone store but can’t find it there either. PS. already have set my allow camera settings to allow all apps. Any help would be appreciated Tyvm.
