Hi I can’t seem to clear other storage. I have gone as far as doing a full Reset on the phone, tried Erasing all data multiple times. I’m on the latest IOS on my iPhone but yet with nothing on the phone it says Other Storage has almost 90% of the space on the phone? Pls help what else can I do?
The process outlined in that article, which is most effective is to backup your iPhone (using either your computer or iCloud), then restoring your phone from that backup.
That WILL eliminate the "other" on your phone.

Thank you for the suggestion but my IOS is already fully updated to 14.2 and it didn’t resolve the issue. After updating I have also tried Resetting and Erasing again but the problem persists, it still shows Other storage at 90%
Thank you @Lobsterhhost1 for your help much appreciated, I tried doing a restore from backup but got a “there is insufficient space error”, I then did another Reset and as part of that process successfully completed a restore from backup (have done it 3 times now), however the problem persists, over 90% still shows full with Other :(
