Loading Apps on new iPhone

Is it normal for the non Apple Apps to take a long time to load when transferring to a new phone?

You will need to be connected to a stable wi-fi, and I suggest you keep the iPhone plugged in to keep the wi-fi from going to sleep. It will take some time.

It would depend on how you are restoring the phone. Describe what it is that you are doing, and how many apps that you have to restore.
