HomePod connection issues

Hi, I've been having issues with my HomePod randomly disconnecting / stopping playing music whilst I'm air playing from both my iMac using Apple Music, and on my iPhone but recently it seems to have gotten worse. Tonight it's happened 3 times in the space of 1 hour whilst air playing from my iMac and then 2 times within the next hour from my iPhone. I did google the issue and I've tried removing the HomePod from my Home App and adding it again, and resetting the HomePod to factory settings and also checking for any available updates but it's up-to-date.


Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue or know of any fix? Thanks!

Excellent job with the troubleshooting steps that were performed. To help isolate and troubleshoot this behavior further, we recommend to follow the section in this article that says, "If your content gets interrupted or your network lags": If AirPlay or screen mirroring isn’t working on your device These steps are relevant with the use of AirPlay and may help.
