App payment

Ive paid 2 months subscription to “Ig Master” app. Its for the pro subscription, i couldnt use the pro features for 2 months that i paid for. I would like a refund or 2 months free subscription. I have emailed the app contact but they have not replied.

Purchases are usually final. You can try to ask Apple for an exception, but do not expect it.
