I recently bought more icloud storage (2 T) for my photos and videos on my iphone11. All of my icloud upload settings are set correctly, but my photos and videos are not uplaoding. Is there a "start uploading" button somewhere? The photos and videos are taking quite a bit of my iphone storage (approx 230 GB). I'd like to get them in my icloud, so I can delete them off of my phone. Thanks!
Do make sure the device is plugged in to power, connected to WiFi, and you are using the 'Optimize Phone Storage' feature -- Manage your photo and video storage - Apple Support. Did you also correctly setup iCloud Photos -- Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support?

Ahh!... did not know my iphone had to be plugged in. I did that, plus turned my icloud backup on. Not sure which one, or maybe both that did it, but it is now working. Thanks!!
