this warning means that your router is not using the latest secure settings. You can check your router to see if you can use a more secure setting. If it can't, it may be time to consider a new router. Check this link...

Use WPA3:
If it says "Weak Signal", then you may need to use a range extender - it would amplify the signal.
I don't think it has anything to do with using Lowe's WiFi. Apple has lately been suggesting more secure WiFi Settings. You aren't the only one to realize that our equipment is aging.

Encryption is the Issue:
If at Lowe's then it is informing you that it is an Open LAN (Local Area Network), and does not require a login password. So, I would keep off of it. Logging in to a Wi-Fi network, you likely would not get that error, being that encryption is not used.
Ok thank you I’ll explore that, funny thing is that I’ve never had this issue before, I was at Lowe’s shopping and I used their Guest WiFi and once I returned home is when I noticed it
