It's a process, but you'll need to connect your phone to iTunes (Mac or PC) in order to get back into your phone. Note, forgetting your passcode is never a good thing. There's a good chance you will lose all data on that phone, so make sure you have (had) all your data backed up, or make sure your data is saved via iCloud.
