When I leave my house, I can no longer get any internet service! It’s a new phone...my first I phone , less than a week old. Without internet, I can’t make or receive any calls, texts. Help!

Thank you! Data was on, it was a brand new phone, and I have Verizon unlimited. Also, we were in a car away from the house. I called Apple support, and we switched it off of the 5G network, we don’t have 5G where I live. They got in my phone remotely. I also contacted Verizon and they did something on their end too. Thanks for your help! Everything working as it should.

You are describing a failure of your phone to use the telephone network for internet data. Has it ever worked, or has it recently failed to work? You did not explain this. Neither did you mention if the failure to connect to the internet is near your house but out of your Wi-Fi network or if it is further afield. Some phone networks have patchy coverage and will drop out and connect if you are moving, such as in a vehicle.
Data use requires a data plan as part of your mobile phone service. Does your service include data?
It is also necessary for the phone's data use to be turned on. Check this in Settings > Mobile Data. If the switch is green it is on.
When I leave my house, all internet stops. I can’t receive or make calls, texts or e-mail, can’t get on social networking....nothing! Airplane mode is in off.
