How do I view Fitness Trends?

Since iOS13 I have not been able to find my Fitness Trends. Is there a way to get them please?

Trends has to collect 180 days of data before it shows.

I had them on iOS13 but disappeared on iOS14

In the Fitness app, make sure you're on the "Summary" page and scroll down. It may take some time for them to load.
