Why did my personal hotspot disappeared on my fone after I updated it to the ISO 14

Have anybody else personal hotspot disappeared once you updated to the ISO 14???

No, Personal Hotspot is still available on all my 5 iPhones running iOS 14.2.

Note: Personal Hotspot is a carrier feature, check with them.
