Update cloud payment method

My iPhone is asking for payment update for iCloud but nothing I do works. My payment methods were not expired. I still removed and added them back, then I logged out of iCloud and back in. Now I have 300+ unread iCloud emails (eye roll). Any suggestions?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

If you're following the steps here -- Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support and still no luck, reach out to Apple Support at https://getsupport.apple.com.
