Can’t access my ipad
I haven’t used my ipad for a few years. Now I opened it and complete the updates. Hovewer there is a warning on the screen, it says “the ipad cannot be activated, please try to connect with itunes”. What should I do?
Connect the iPad to a computer and use iTunes on Windows/older Macs
or Finder on newer Macs to complete the updates. If you do not have
a computer/Mac, borrow one from a friend/relative/co-worker for
the few minutes it will take for the updates to complete.
You will need the AppleID and passcode used to activate the iPad.
