How do I get rid of a hidden app that is on my phone from an ex girlfriend that put they hidden app on my phone

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

I don't think you can 'hide' an app on your iPhone. you can 'remove' and app and it'll still be in the App Library..


If you go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.. give it a minute to load.. can you scroll and find the app you are concerned about? if you find it there, you can tap on it and delete it.


You can hide a purchase from the App Store, but that doesn't mean it's installed on your iPhone.


Do you know the name of the app you are looking for? If so, another simple method would be to open to the App Store and search for it. If it's installed on your iPhone, it will say 'Open' rather than 'Get' or the cloud icon.
