Can I safely upgrade to High Sierra 10:14 or 11?

I am currently on a 2016 Macbook Pro 13" using High Sierra V10.13.6.

The latest Version of Logic Pro X is asking for 10.14 or later...

1 - Can I safely upgrade to High Sierra 10:14 or 11?

2 - I don't see a later version in updates - How do I update?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur through the links provided. They're full-version upgrades and won't appear in the Updates list.
