Missing Bin and Junk Folders in Mail
Both Bin and Junk folders disappeared from Mail. I cannot find a deleted email to restore. Has anyone got the answer to this? Much appreciated

Better than an answer, Old Toad has a video: I upgraded to Big Sur and lost the Consolidated ~Junk Mail Folder...anyone know how to bring it back?
You ought to be able to adapt those instructions to your missing Bin folder.
