Did you test with a different USB port on your computer?
Did you test with a different known good USB cord?
Did you turn the printer off for 30 seconds and then restart it?
Does the printer work with a different computer? If
you do not have another computer, you may wish to
try your printer with the computer of a friend/relative/co-worker.
