Completely removing CNN notifications

I would like to completely remove CNN notifications and reinstall the notification by going to the CNN website. How can I do this?

In addition to the System Preferences > Notifications screenshot you posted, Safari has its own Notifications.

Safari menu > Preferences... > Websites > Notifications
