I don't have a Trash folder in my list of mailbox Favorites

My Apple Mail Preferences is set to send an email to the Trash folder when I delete it. I believe it's doing that, but I don't have an "All Trash" choice in my list of Favorites (left side of screen in Apple Mail) so I'm unable to click on it to see a list of deleted emails. This wasn't the case when I was running Catalina, but when I updated to Big Sur my All Trash choice disappeared.

The reason I say I believe deleted email is being sent to a Trash folder is that, after deleting an email, I'm able to search for emails in "All Mailboxes" and find it. When I select the deleted email I see that the top of the mail window shows it as "Trash - <my email address>"

Any suggestions on how to get the "All Trash" choice back in my list of Mail Favorites?

Thanks for any help.

If you hover your cursor over the "Favorites" line, a "+" in a circle should appear. If you click on that, you can put "All Trash" back in your left sidebar.
