Before Big Sur, there was an option in right click on a file name that had a menu option “services”. I was able to encrypt a file with a PGP key on this menu. Now with BigSur, services doesnt appear with a right click on a file anymore. Anyone have advice on how to get that option back in the menu, or how to encrypt a file with a PGP key under Big Sur?
I don't believe I have ever seen that Service in default macOS, so it may have been provided by an app that performs PGP encryption.
As bailier noted, check the Services item in the Keyboard shortcuts to see if the item is still installed, but isn't checked
If you erased and installed Big Sur, but didn't reinstall that app, then you would need to reinstall that app.

The right-click menu on the Mac is full of features that appear specific to the file type. For example, if you select an image and hit right-click, you’ll see menu options different than if you right click a document.
It’s possible to customize the right-click menu by following these steps:
Go to: Apple > System Preferences > Keyboard >Shortcuts Tab. Then on the left column, select "Services" and then on the right column select the service you'd like to add to your right- click options menu.
