Can’t use scribble in notepad

If you can’t all of a sudden use scribble in notepad, make sure you have selected the “A” tool. I had this problem and I was furious!! I thought it was the new update but I had actually used the highlighter and didn’t know I had to go back and select the “A” tool to go back in my notes to edit with scribble!

using scribble with Notes app is too unpredictable. Has anybody figured out or found a reliable way to use scribble or the Apple pencil? 1) in the notes app the Apple Pencil randomly decides to start a new paragraph in the middle of a sentence. And there is no way to bring the cursor back to a previous line without opening the keyboard. 2) there is no way to start a new line, while writing this post. 3) placing the cursor in a specific location, is no guarantee scribble will continue from that specific location.

Scribble not working Hi! So, i use my apple pen for scribble and the handwritting to text with it a lot and i do know it supports both spanish and english, however after i downloaded goodnotes, i cannot find a way to use scribble anymore. I have tried using it on notes, safari, maps, unpairing the apple pen, restarting the ipad, closing all apps and nothing has worked. Does anyone know how to fix this?
