I bought my iphone 12mini at the Applestore in Mall of Emirates.
but no facetime, I never heard of that the iphone 12 mini is not available for facetime. I mean when I bought it at Apple store.

FaceTime is banned in the United Arab Emirates. If you're intending to use it elsewhere and the unit is running 13.6 or newer, you can get it by changing the region in Settings, but will likely be denied warranty service.
