I used to have an 64gb iPhone and I was running out of memory, so I had to buy iCloud storage plan.
now I have a 128gb iPhone and I don’t need iCloud storage anymore.
how should I unsubscribe?
if I do so will I loose my data?

Open Settings ➔ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➔ iCloud ➔ Manage Storage ➔ Change Storage Plan : Select the Free 5GB plan and that will end your current storage plan.
You will not lose any data that exists on your iPhone.
