Upon opening Safari with my I phone it keeps redirecting me to a I am not a robot link

Question

Upon opening Safari, it immediately takes me to a recaptcha link.

How can I clear it?

I tried resetting my network it didn’t help.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

When done, restart your iPhone.

Are you using restrictions in Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions? Check there.

I noticed in my privacy settings that my “prevent cross tracking” key is locked. I cannot move it.

Is this a problem? It seems to be a misty green color, like it’s not fully enabled. The rest of the buttons are a clear green,

It’s using google as my search engine too, how can I change that?

I changed my browser. I went back to do a search and I received a notice saying

there was an error load, and it could not follow more the. 20 redirects.
