IOS 12.4.9 on BAD ELF GPS Pro

I have an iPad on 12.4.9 and cannot get the bluetooth to connect, it sends the code to the GPS Pro then I clickpair but it keeps saying cannot pair?

I do not know those Bad-Elf products, but I suggest that you contact the manufacturer's support team and ask them.
