change trusted number

Hello,

I changed my phone number but I set 2 levels of authentication on the iphone, and I can't receive text messages on the existing number, but I can receive calls. I accessed iforgot.apple.com and I selected the call me option to receive a new code and nothing happens. I also selected the option to change my trust number but it lasts 24 hours. Is there a way I can change my phone number associated with my apple ID?
