Hello, I have been using apple devices for many years and I have never had any problems until today. i bought a new iphone and need to transfer data from one to another. I switched from iphone 8 to iphone 12 without any problem. I reset the phone to factory settings and now I want to transfer data from iphone SE to iphone 8 but it doesn't allow me because I can't remember security issues. It says to me that I don't have enough data for that. Why can't I get new questions by email and confirm via mobile number like I did for the previous account used by my wife ...? And how to solve this problem? With respect in the hope of a quick response and solution.

If you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.

If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.
